This Refund Policy is intended to clearly explain the refund standards, procedures, and conditions applicable to all paid services on this Platform, including subscription plans and credit packs.

Considering that we provide a digital content service where computing resources (such as GPU power) are instantaneously consumed and cannot be revoked upon use, our refund policy is based on the principles of fairness, transparency, and the prevention of abuse. Please note that this policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service, which you agree to upon using our service.

Part 2: Refund Eligibility and Scope

To ensure fairness and transparency, we have established the following specific eligibility conditions for refunds based on the type of service you have purchased:

2.1 Subscription Plans

a) First-time Subscription

We offer a 3-day conditional refund guarantee for users subscribing to our monthly plan for the first time. Within this window, if you are not satisfied with the service, you may apply for a full refund, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The total number of images generated through your account since the time of purchase has not exceeded 10.
  • The computing resources or credits consumed have not exceeded 5% of the total amount included in your subscription plan.

This policy is designed to provide you with a low-risk opportunity to experience our service while preventing abuse that could result from refunds after significant consumption of computing resources. If the usage limits above are exceeded, we will be unable to process your refund.

b) Subscription Renewals

Please note that all subscription plan renewals, whether monthly or annual, are non-refundable. Before your subscription automatically renews, you have had ample time (at least one full subscription cycle) to evaluate our service. We will send you a reminder via email before your renewal date. You are responsible for canceling any subscription you do not wish to continue through your account settings before the renewal date arrives.

2.2 Pay-as-you-go or Credit Packs

All one-time purchases of Credit Packs or pay-as-you-go credits are considered a final sale once sold and are non-refundable. This is because the full value of the credits is immediately delivered to your account upon successful purchase and is available for your use at any time, meaning we have fully fulfilled our delivery obligation.

Part 3: Non-Refundable Situations

To maintain the fairness of our policy and prevent the abuse of resources, we will be unable to process your refund request under the following specific circumstances. A clear understanding of these situations will help you better manage your paid services.

3.1 Outside the Refund Period

Any refund request submitted after the "7-day conditional refund guarantee" window, as specified in Article 2.1.a of this policy, has expired. This time limit is strictly enforced.

3.2 Substantial Use of Service

We must re-emphasize that even if your refund request is submitted within the 7-day window, if your account activity has clearly exceeded the scope of an initial trial (i.e., more than 10 images have been generated, or resource consumption has exceeded 5% of your subscription plan's total), it indicates that you have substantially used the service. In this case, your refund request will be denied.

3.3 Violation of Terms of Service

If your account is suspended or permanently banned for violating our Terms of Service—for example (but not limited to), generating prohibited content such as pornography or violence, abusing the service through technical means, sharing your account with others, or using the account for any illegal activities—all remaining subscription time and unused credits in your account will be immediately forfeited and will not be refunded.

3.4 Third-Party Fees

Our refunds are limited to the service fees you paid directly to us. Any service fees or transaction charges that may be collected by third-party payment platforms (such as credit card companies, PayPal, Alipay, etc.) during the transaction process are not within the scope of our refunds.

3.5 Subjective Change of Mind After the Guarantee Period

After the "conditional refund guarantee" window has ended, we do not accept refund requests based on personal, subjective reasons. For example, situations such as "I later found out I no longer need this service," or "The artistic style of the generated images doesn't completely match my imagination" do not constitute valid grounds for a refund. We encourage you to fully evaluate our service during the free trial (if available) before purchasing or during the guarantee period after purchase.

Part 4: Refunds in Special Circumstances

We understand that special situations can occur. To demonstrate our commitment to service and flexibility in handling issues, we will, at our discretion, process your refund or provide other forms of compensation under the following verified circumstances:

4.1 Major Technical Failures

If you are unable to log in or use the platform's core generation functions for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours due to a major technical failure of our servers or core systems, you have the right to contact us to apply for a pro-rated refund calculated based on the service interruption time. As an alternative, we can also provide you with account credits of equivalent value as compensation.

4.2 Accidental Duplicate Charges

If an error in our payment system results in you being accidentally charged twice for the same order, please contact us immediately through official channels and provide relevant proof. Upon verification, we will immediately initiate the process to issue a full refund for all duplicated charges.

4.3 Legally Mandated "Cooling-off" Periods

We respect and comply with the consumer protection regulations of various jurisdictions. If the law in your region (for example, the European Union) mandates a compulsory "consumer cooling-off period" or right of withdrawal for digital products, you may submit a refund request to us within the statutory period in accordance with the specific requirements of the law, and we will process it accordingly.

If you confirm that your situation meets our refund conditions, please follow the clear process below to submit your application, and we will handle it efficiently for you.

  2. Review and Processing: Our team will complete a review based strictly on this refund policy within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your application and will inform you of the result via email.
  3. Refund Execution: Once the application is approved, the refund will be returned via the original payment method to your initial payment account (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please note that it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the funds to arrive, with the exact timing depending on your bank or payment service provider's processing speed.
