Part 2: Non-Refundable Principles
Please note that due to the nature of digital goods and the immediate costs associated with AI computing resources, our services are generally non-refundable.
Once you have successfully purchased a subscription plan or credits, the corresponding computing resources and service permissions are immediately allocated to your account. Therefore, we do not support refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind: You simply regretted the purchase or decided you no longer need the service.
- Unused credits: You purchased credits but did not use them or did not use them up.
- Partial use: You only used the service for part of the subscription period.
- Dissatisfaction with functional limitations: You are dissatisfied with the function performance that has been clearly stated or the generation effect is within the reasonable error range of AI technology.
Part 3: Exceptions for Refunds
Although we adhere to the principle of non-refundability, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Charges: Due to a system error on our payment processing platform, you were charged multiple times for the same order.
- Service Unavailability: Due to a major technical failure on our end, the service was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, preventing you from using the service you purchased properly.
- Fraudulent Transactions: Your account was stolen and used for unauthorized purchases (you need to provide a police report or bank proof).
Part 4: How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation meets the above exceptions, you can submit a refund request within 7 days of the purchase date.

- Refund arrival: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method. The arrival time depends on your bank or credit card issuer, usually taking 5-10 business days.
Part 6: Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime: You can cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time in your account settings.
- Effect: After cancellation, your subscription will continue to be valid until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- No refund: Cancellation of auto-renewal does not trigger a refund of fees already paid for the current cycle.
